Your provider will send a referral to the Outpatient Infusion Center, and someone from the Outpatient Infusion Center will contact you to review your order and schedule your infusion appointment. Outpatient Infusion Centers are available seven days per week but may limited availability on weekends.

If you have already discussed your positive COVID result with a healthcare provider but would still like to be evaluated for treatment, you can either refer your provider to this website or you can schedule a telehealth or video visit appointment with aBanner Urgent Care提供者。
The Banner Health facilities currently offering COVID-19 monoclonal antibody treatments are listed below. When your provider completes and sends the referral information to one of these locations, a member of the Outpatient Infusion Center staff will contact within one to two business days to schedule your appointment.

Monoclonal antibody treatments are available in select Banner Health Emergency Departments. If you think you might have COVID and might be a candidate for treatment, you can go to one of the Emergency Departments listed below. When you arrive, the Emergency Department may administer a COVID-19 test, evaluate your symptoms, and determine if you qualify for treatment. If you do, and you choose to receive the treatment, the monoclonal antibody can be administered during your Emergency Department visit.

*Indicates that the COVID-19 monoclonal antibody infusion may be administered in the Emergency Department or in the Outpatient Infusion Center.

In order to qualify to receive this treatment, you must be at least 18 years old and have mild to moderate COVID-19 symptoms that began less than 10 days ago. You also must be at high risk for developing severe symptoms or requiring hospitalization.
The FDA recently expanded its list of risk factors, and you’re considered high risk if you are over the age of 65, pregnant or if you have one of the following conditions:
Other medical conditions or factors, such as race or ethnicity, can also put you at high risk for developing severe COVID-19 infection. Your doctor can review your health history and risk factors and consider whether you qualify for the treatment.
