Bill Southwick has been serving as CEO at Banner Behavioral Health Hospital since March 2018. Southwick joined Banner Health in April 2017 as the first COO for the Baywood and Heart campus.
All told, he has 21 years of healthcare leadership experience, including 11 years running a behavioral health hospital. As a Registered Nurse, he understands the need to lead by example and to focus on the experience of the patient. Southwick is married and has four adult children. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family or enjoying outdoor recreation such as golf, hiking and fishing.
