To determine fair and competitive rates for nurses, we complete extensive research annually on nursing pay throughout the country as well as in different hospital systems. We ensure that we offer new and current nurses competitive wages for their experience and specialty. We strive to offer transparency and clarity around our compensation philosophy and account for the unique skills and experiences that each nurse brings to Banner Health.
