Stop by Medical Staff Services to obtain your ID badge. You will need to provide a legible government-issued ID card (current driver’s license, military ID or passport) prior to having your procedure/clinical privileges activated so that you can begin practicing at Banner Boswell.
Providers, allied health practitioners, residents and students must wear a Banner identification badge while on campus for:
Covered parking for physicians is located in the parking garage on the northwest corner of campus at 105th Ave. and Thunderbird Blvd. Your ID badge gives you access.
The provider lounge is a private cafe for physician and allied health practitioners. Located on the ground floor, across from the Medical Staff Services office, the provider lounge offers breakfast and lunch, as well as snacks throughout the day. Lunch is served Monday – Friday.

Hospitalists
Banner Boswell医疗中心provides in-house hospitalist coverage for patients. Hospitalists provide acute inpatient care 24/7, assisting providers on admission and discharge, as well as coordinate care for inpatients during their hospital stay.
Talk with a hospitalist direct by contacting the Banner Boswell operator at (623) 832-4000 and asking for the hospitalist on call.
Access after-hours assistance
Bed placement is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
