Its been a challenge to establish care with a new PCP since March when mine retired. The wait time is ridiculous and the Banner site is not kept current so many of the providers I selected werent there anymore or not seeing new patients. Im hesitant to encourage my friends as Im not convinced that my experience is not an exception but the norm. Dr Agarwal was wonderful and exactly the doctor I would love to see but shes not available.

Dr. Parul Agarwal was our PCP for several years when she was still working in clinic. We just loved her caring, compassionate nature and her knowledge of all the body's systems. She also listened very closely to our concerns and questions,
