I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Harvey Hsu as my internist. He is smart, caring and he listens to his patients. Over the years, I have referred my husband and many of my friends to him.

I was able to get the appointment at an optimal date (no long wait time), pick Dr. Hsu as PCP based on my decision on their professional profile (as opposed to being randomly assigned one). Pre-visit paperwork were easily completed thru my iPhone. The clinic was easy to find. There was ample parking space. Staff at check-in were very nice, and observed Covid-19 safety measures. I was seen on time. We had a good discussion on relevant health issues (thankfully few). From listening to Dr. Hsu, I

Professional behavior from friendly staff. Dr. Hsu is, and has always been excellent diagnostic ion.

Dr. Hsu is not only knowledgeable and excellent physician (smart !), but he is always ready to listen to my concerns and is open to input from me regarding my health . I never feel rushed or any disinterest on his part even though I know he is exremely busy.
