Dear Banner, While Banner has many fine doctors and nurses, ( Like Dr. Gibbins and her personal Nurse ( Sorry I forgot his name, but he was very attentive and thorough ), Banner also has more than their share of immature and unprofessional staff. Before gossiping one should always make sure it was in private and not in a patient's room. Also the communications between hospitals and patients is often sketchy at best.
