We recommend this class to all expectant mothers and their support person during the 7thor 8thmonth of pregnancy. Topics include: preparing for labor and delivery, stages of labor, breathing and relaxation exercises, comfort measures, positions for labor and delivery, postpartum changes, as well as medical options and practices. A tour of our OB area is included.
Please have ready: A pen, two pillows, a large towel or yoga mat, and dress comfortably.
Registration is required.
This class is a Virtual 2-day class which will be held from 5:00pm to 9:00pm . Snacking is encouraged.
Please register expectant mother only (one support person is included - no children please).
AHCCCS participants must contact (602) 230-CARE (2273) to register.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
There is a $10 cancellation fee and no refund within one week prior to class start date. To cancel or reschedule your class, you must contact 602-230-CARE (2273) during regular business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm M-F).

The use of Microsoft Teams is required for participation in this class. You will receive an email the day of the event or within 3 days prior. The email link will come from the instructors email which is an @bannerhealth.com email.

Joining by Computer
Select Join Microsoft Teams Meeting in your meeting invite to be taken to a page where you can choose to either join on the web or download the desktop app. If you already have the Teams app, the meeting will open there automatically.

If you do have a Teams account, select Sign in to join with access to the meeting chat and more. Joining by Mobile Device
Note: Try to download the app before the meeting starts. It might take a minute or two, depending on your internet connection.
To get the best of Teams meetings on mobile, including audio, video, and content sharing, you’ll need to download and install the Teams mobile app.
If you have the app, select Join Microsoft Teams Meeting in the meeting invite to open the app and join the meeting. If you don’t have the app, you’ll be taken to the app store where you can download it.
If you don’t have a Teams account, select Join as a guest and enter your name to join the meeting as a guest. If you have a Teams account, select Sign in and join to join with access to the meeting chat and more.
